Work in Greece (EU Candidates)

Have a COOL summer on one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean Sea and gain new practical experience from working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or water park.

REQUIREMENTS:
- age 18-26 years
- at least a minimal knowledge of English language (other languages such as German, Spanish, French, Italian are an advantage)
- experience from working in hotel or food (references must be verifiable)

PLACE OF WORK:
- 3 to 5 star hotels and water parks on the islands of: Crete, Kos, Corfu, Zakintos, Thasos, Chalkidiki

REGISTRATION:
- CV in English
- filled-out application form
- references
- passport copy
- 1 passport size photo
- clean Criminal Background Check officially translated to English (CBC)*
- medical certificate officially translated to English *
- paid admin fee
NOTE: * - these documents need to be taken to the work placement, there is no need to hand them in to COOLAGENT

LENGTH OF STAY:
- minimum 3 months- maximum 7 months

WAGES:
-vary by location, workplace, and position; average wages are approximately 500 EUR per month

INFO:
- TIPS during the summer season can be as high as a average monthly wage!!!

ACCOMMODATION AND BOARD:
- organized by the employer
- in most cases accommodation and board is provided for no fee

WORKING HOURS:
- 8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week (overtime is paid)

TRAVEL EXPENSES:
- are paid by the client

INSURANCE:
- it is very important that all workers have valid EU insurance

PROGRAM FEE:
- 165 EUR for tourism students
- 350 EUR for non-tourism students

EXTRA CHARGE for COUPLE PLACEMENT:
(placement with a friend or a couple, tourism students) 33 EUR / person
(placement with a friend or a couple, non-tourism students) 66 EUR / person
